Who We Are

Sarah Brown serves as the Project Manager for the Who’s Your Person…What’s Your Plan? initiative. She has operated in this role since shortly after the initiative began in the fall of 2016. Her background includes a wide range of management, administrative and communications roles in nonprofits around the country, including the Fair Labor Association, Center for Congregations, and VNAs of Vermont. Sarah also serves as Executive Director of a national interfaith research initiative, Faith Communities Today. She holds a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Sarah enjoys being the connective tissue that unites all of the collaborative partners in this unique effort that promotes self-determination.

Following the collective impact model, the Vermont Ethics Network serves as the backbone for this initiative, providing administrative support, leadership, content expertise, and fiscal management of grant funds.
